Wedding Stationery

To expedite delivery, we maintain a stock of basic paper colors (white, ivory, and navy blue). You can supply your own place cards; no discount applies for self-supply.

Alternatively, we can supply and manufacture place cards for you in custom colours. Please allow additional time for this as we need to confirm colour matches and place orders for paper. There may be an additional fee for this service.

  • Place Cards: Prices begin at £1.20 per card for 350gsm tented cardstock. Additional charges apply for extra details (table number, meal, etc.) and non-paper surfaces (acrylic, glassware, etc.).

  • Envelope Addressing: Prices start at £3.30 per envelope, excluding the cost of the envelope itself. You can provide your own envelopes, or we can source them for you at an additional cost.

Custom Artwork

Each piece of handwritten artwork is unique, making it challenging to provide exact pricing without seeing the piece. Our base price is £60 per 100 words, created in a copperplate style on 300gsm acid-free card stock. Additional costs apply for alternative paper colors, calligraphy styles, or additional elements.

  • Artwork Sizes and Pricing:

    • A5: 0 - 100 words

    • A4: 100 - 200 words

    • A3: 200 - 400 words

    • A2: 400 - 600 words

Payment & Shipping

  • All orders under £500 must be paid in full.

  • Orders over £500 may be split into two payments: a non-refundable 50% deposit to schedule the project and the remaining 50% upon completion before delivery.

Rush Orders

We offer rush order services to expedite production for an additional fee. Exact availability and rush order charges will depend on the current workload and project specifics. Contact us as soon as possible to discuss rush options and ensure we can meet your deadline.

Paper & Materials

If providing your own materials for writing, please supply 20% extra beyond the agreed quantity (e.g., for 20 envelopes, provide 24). All shipping costs are the client's responsibility; please use tracked shipping services.

We are mindful of our environmental impact. Whenever possible, we source papers that are FSC-certified (Forest Stewardship Council) or made from recycled materials.

Text and Address Lists

  • All text must be provided exactly as it should appear in calligraphy, including formal titles, punctuation, and capitalisation. Charges may apply if text changes after writing begins.

  • Guest names, wedding vows, poems, song lyrics, etc., must be sent in a typed digital format (Word file, PDF). We do not accept photographs of text.

  • Address lists should be submitted as a spreadsheet file, with each line of the address in its own column.

In addition to our core offerings, we provide a range of supplementary services to accommodate various customisation needs and special requests:

  • Non-paper Surfaces: Beyond paper, we offer writing services for non-traditional items such as acrylic, glassware, or other non-paper surfaces. Please contact us with specifics to discuss your requirements and pricing.

  • Vectorisation Services: We can transform our calligraphy into digital vector files suitable for use on stationery, brand identities, or other graphic work.   • Consultation Services: Have a specific vision in mind or need guidance on selecting the right stationery options? We offer consultation services to discuss your needs, provide recommendations, and ensure your stationery aligns perfectly with your event theme and personal preferences.

Processing Time

While we strive to accommodate all timelines, it's important to plan ahead to ensure your stationery is completed in time for your event. Here are approximate turnaround times for common orders:

  • Personalised Items: The average processing time for these items is 1-2 weeks.

  • Ready To Ship: Items that are sold “as is”, with no personalisation options typically have a processing time of 2-3 days.

Your processing time begins upon payment of the invoice, or partial payment for invoices over £500 and upon submission of all required information.

Please ensure all necessary information, such as name or address lists is provided promptly to avoid delays in processing.

These timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to specific customisation requirements. To ensure your order is completed on time, please contact us as early as possible to discuss your needs and confirm availability.

We can accommodate rush orders or expedited processing where possible. Please note there may be an additional rush order fee for this service.

Proofing and Revisions

We understand the importance of accuracy and personalisation in your stationery and artwork. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer the following proofing and revision process:

  • Digital Proof: We provide a digital proof of your custom artwork before final production begins. The digital proof allows you to review the layout, text placement, and overall design for approval.

  • Revision Policy: We include up to two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. This allows you to make minor adjustments to text content, layout, or design elements. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee, depending on the scope of changes requested.

  • Approval Process: Once you receive your digital proof, carefully review all details, including spelling, punctuation, and formatting. Please respond promptly with any revisions or approvals to avoid delays in production.

Please note that while we make every effort to accurately represent your design in digital proofs, colours and textures may vary slightly in the final printed or handwritten product due to differences in monitors and materials.
