WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked (1-2 days)
Express Shipping: Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day (overnight)
Order Processing Time:
In-Stock Items: All in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days.
Personalised Items: Personalised items are processed within 1-2 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
After your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the shipping information, including the parcel number and a hyperlink to track the parcel on the shipper's website. On that site, you can find the shipper's contact information.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
Germany
We offer the following international shipping options:
Standard Airmail: Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (5-10 days)
Express Airmail: Tracked courier (3-4 days)
Please contact us for a quote for international shipping. Faster delivery options are available upon request.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Nethy Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your package is not delivered as expected, please contact us by email at emma@nethystudio.com. We aim to respond to all queries within 72 hours.
Royal Mail does not consider a package lost until 15-20 working days after the expected delivery date. We are unable to provide refunds until this time has passed.
If there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances or events, we apologise for the inconvenience and will keep you informed via email with a new estimated delivery date.
We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by local holidays.
DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received your order damaged, or if parts of your order are missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at emma@nethystudio.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will address these concerns as quickly as possible.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer due to increased volume and carrier delays. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER SHIPPING
If you need to change the delivery address after your order has shipped, please contact us immediately at emma@nethystudio.com. We will do our best to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
