PROCESSING INFORMATION

Welcome to Nethy Studio, where we specialise in creating unique calligraphy items. Please review the following information regarding our order processing times and policies.

Processing Times

  • Personalised Items: The average processing time for these items is 1-2 weeks.

  • Ready To Ship: Items that are sold “as is”, with no personalisation options typically have a processing time of 2-3 days.

Payment

Your processing time begins upon payment of the invoice, or partial payment for invoices over £500 and upon submission of all required information.

Please ensure all necessary information, such as name or address lists is provided promptly to avoid delays in processing.

Rush Orders

We can accommodate rush orders or expedited processing where possible. Please note there may be an additional rush order fee for this service.

If you require a rush order please first send an email to emma@nethystudio.com to enquire about availability.

We recommend placing orders well in advance. We will accommodate rush orders where possible, however this may not be feasible during peak times.

Operating Hours

Orders are processed on weekdays only. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

Our studio is closed for the holiday period between December 24th and January 2nd.

Dispatch Information

We will keep you updated during the processing period as necessary. Please watch for emails from us, and note that we cannot proceed with your order until any drafts or proofs have been approved, where necessary.

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a dispatch email. This email will include tracking details.

We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping times vary depending on the selected method and your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional processing time. We will keep you informed throughout the design and approval process to ensure your satisfaction.

International Orders

Please note that additional customs fees or import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay these fees. Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.
